There is no journey more difficult and of more importance than the journey to our true selves.
To do that we have to be able to see ourselves without fear, shame, or prejudice.
When we look at ourselves in the mirror we are usually looking through someone else’s lens.
Often, we believe that it is vain to look in the mirror.
But what we miss is that it is an opportunity for:
RECOGNITION
And
ACCEPTANCE
It is an opportunity to
LOVE
It is an opportunity to recognize we are mirrors for what we desire.
In learning to see ourselves with loving eyes, we also learn to see others with loving eyes.
You will find the courage and compassion to
reveal yourself authentically without
FEAR
BLAME
Or
SHAME.
Through, easy, non-perfection focused, fun visual exercises, and mindful practices,
YOU will reset your vision of yourself
from a perceived, often negative, inherited, imposed, critical, IMAGE, to one that is yours, real, powerful, creative, complete, self-generated and fully owned. YOU!
Examples from Previous Students
"What I can say about this course, is that it brought me back to the root of my artistic expression- efficiently! What can I say?.. it just felt like I was in the hands of a VERY experienced educator. The instructions were simple and clear and EFFECTIVE.

Ana’s direction and encouragement got me closer to my physicality through self portrait, it brought me closer to who I am as a WOMAN. Going through this course, I became aware that I was maturing. Ana midwifed me through a life transition I didn’t even know I was going through. She is a natural."
